BL (blind)
SOP (slip-on welding, plate flange)呼び圧力 5K・10K・10K薄形鋼管を差し込んですみ肉溶接します。ハブが無い平板で、最も安価です。低圧の一般配管で使います。SOH (slip-on welding, hub flange)呼び圧力 5K・10K・10K薄形・16K・20K・30K板フランジにハブを付けて根元の応力を下げたものです。SOP では圧力や繰返し荷重に対して不足する場合に選びます。SW (socket welding flange)呼び圧力 5K・10K・16K・20K鋼管をソケットの底まで差し込んで外側だけを溶接します。小径（10A〜80A）の配管に使います。WN (welding neck flange)呼び圧力 5K〜63K の全て鋼管と突合せ溶接します。継手部の強度が最も高く、高圧・高温や繰返し荷重の掛かる配管で使います。LJ (lapped flange)呼び圧力 5K・10K・16K・20K管に固定せず、スタブエンドのつばに掛けて締め付けます。フランジが回るので穴合わせが楽で、管と別の材質にもできます。TR (threaded flange)呼び圧力 5K・10K・16K・20K管用テーパねじで鋼管をねじ込みます。溶接ができない現場や、溶接を嫌う配管で使います。10A〜150A だけです。IT (integral flange)呼び圧力 5K・10K・16K・20K・30K弁や機器の本体と一体に作られたフランジです。単体の部品ではないため、接合寸法を相手側と合わせる目的で引きます。BL (blind flange)呼び圧力 5K〜63K の全て穴の無い板で管端をふさぎます。試験や将来の分岐のために配管を止めておく場合に使います。
A solid plate that closes off the end of a pipe. Used as a temporary cover during pressure testing, and to cap a line left for a future branch. Available in every nominal pressure from 5K to 63K.

- The source has one table per nominal pressure. Here they are combined into a single table, with a rule where the nominal pressure changes. A dash means the dimension is not specified for that pressure. Selecting a single nominal pressure above drops the columns that do not apply, giving the same column layout as the source.
- Because there is no bore, there is no inside diameter, hub diameter, overall length or fillet radius. It is set by the joint dimensions and the flange thickness t alone.
- The gasket seat is a raised face (RF) at 20K and above, and a flat face (FF) at 5K, 10K and 16K. A flat face has no g・f がありません（表8）。
- The calculated mass is for reference. It assumes a steel density of 7.85 g/cm3 として計算されています。
