Coarse threadISO 898-1 (JIS B 1051)呼び径ごとにピッチが決まっている一般的なねじです。特に指定がなければこちらを使います。Fine threadISO 898-1 (JIS B 1051)保証荷重応力は並目と同じです。ピッチが細かいぶん有効断面積が大きくなり、その分だけ保証荷重も大きくなります。
Notes
- There is no proof load table in the source; the values are the tensile stress area multiplied by the proof stress.The tensile stress area is calculated as given in JIS B 1082.Where the source has the same table, the values have been checked against it.(the source has no table for stainless steel nuts).
- The values here are for room temperature.Mechanical properties change at high and low temperatures, so do not apply these values directly.
